1)
|
The relationship
between estrogen and male reproduction.
|
2)

Project of future study:
To determine whether MBA-HSP70 fusion protein to affect
Ureaplasma urealyticum Infection and Immunity. The main
procedure is as follows:
1)
|
To observe
the MBA-HSP70 fusion protein on the maturation
of DC cells in vitro.’
|
2) |
To observe the MBA-HSP70
fusion protein on the Toll receptors od
DC cells in vitro.
|
3) |
To establish the animal
model of MBA-HSP70 fusion oprotein and
anti-MBA-HSP70 fusion protein antibody
in mouse.
|
4) |
To observe the MBA-HSP70
fusion protein on the proliferation of
T cells and against the infection of Ureaplasma
urealyticum in vivo.
|
5) |
To investigate the mechanisms
of Ureaplasma urealyticum infection.
|
6) |
To explore the remedial
vaccines of Ureaplasma urealyticum.
